脫殼龍眼乾以透明盒包裝,飽滿果肉顧客一眼就能看到。
無籽果肉無添加,糖分完全來自龍眼肉本身,吃多少挖多少,收納保存更能節省空間。

每年龍眼收成,台灣農夫嚴選大粒果實並歷經6天5夜不停火的土窯柴燒,每2小時添一次柴火,
過程中需人工手揉脫枝、翻焙、讓龍眼受熱均勻,才能烘焙成果乾。
古法炭焙龍眼乾工法繁複,不但要讓果肉吸收炭焙香氣,更不能烘過頭而流失過多的水分。
好吃的龍眼乾,又稱為桂圓,口感厚肉彈牙,濃郁果香與淡淡煙燻味,口齒留香。

一斤龍眼乾需三金的新鮮龍眼製成,全程無添加,天然烘乾製成,
讓顧客品嚐傳統美食的同時更能吃得安心。
天然無添加的食材,金和泰建議儘早食用完畢,放置於冰箱冷藏、冷凍能更延展食品的保存狀態。
